POWER CHI movements are usually rather simple at first, it has a focus on synchronization, and growing more complex with continued POWER CHI practice. When the practitioner begins on a new level, the speed for each exercise will naturally be slow. During this time, with continued practice, the internal changes become integrated, and then the speed will naturally increase. A set of gentle movements will be taught for home practice. These movements can be mastered easily and can be practiced sitting, standing, or lying down. It helps to relieve stress, relax and energize you after practice. Through daily practice, POWER CHI will enhance the function of immune /digestive / excretory systems, and breathing. It also helps in easing joint pain, and relieving headaches, fatigue, sleeping problems, and some internal problems.
Based on a holistic viewpoint. POWER CHI movements are based on the theory of the acupuncture lines, and "CHI," the life-energy's circulation through these lines, along with Temple Expulsions. POWER CHI creates intrinsic energy to circulate along the Acu channels ( meridians ), promoting and enhancing body organ functions. Also cultivating primordial CHI, balance Ying and Yang, and harmonizing vital energy and blood. Yin-Yang, which is often linked with life and death and power and weakness can be strengthened with POWER CHI. In POWER CHI , the energy of the body and mind is directly influenced by a force known as "CHI". CHI is the vital life energy that exists in different degrees everywhere in the universe.
